Angelo State University

Nestled in West Texas, Angelo State University, a vibrant public institution founded in 1928 as San Angelo College, has evolved significantly to become a dynamic hub for higher education. The university's transformation began in earnest in 1965, when it became Angelo State College, an act championed by State Senator Dorsey B. Hardeman.
