Arizona Christian University (ACU) stands as a vibrant private university committed to "Transforming Culture with Truth." Since its founding in 1960, ACU has evolved into a dynamic institution preparing students for impactful lives guided by faith. Originally established as Southwestern Conservative Baptist Bible College, it transitioned to a non-denominational Christian college in 2007, solidifying its broad appeal to students seeking an education rooted in Christian principles.

Under the leadership of President Len Munsil, who took the helm in 2010, ACU has experienced remarkable growth, expanding its enrollment from around 400 to over 1,000 students and celebrating seven consecutive years of record enrollment by 2021. This growth reflects the university's increasing relevance and commitment to a comprehensive educational experience. ACU is accredited by both the Association for Biblical Higher Education (ABHE) and the Higher Learning Commission (HLC), ensuring rigorous academic standards.

While initially focused on vocational ministry and missions, offering degrees in Biblical Studies and Christian Ministries, ACU has significantly broadened its academic offerings. In 2012, it received HLC approval to introduce popular degrees in biology, communication, and political science, with further programs planned. The university also embraced modern learning in 2017 by launching HLC-approved online degrees, providing flexibility and accessibility for a wider student body.
