Crowley's Ridge College

Crowley's Ridge College stands as a distinctive institution rooted in a rich spiritual heritage, tracing its origins back to 1964. While drawing inspiration from earlier Christian colleges in the region, CRC forged its own path, evolving to meet the educational needs of its community. For many years, it held a unique distinction as the only two-year college in the United States affiliated with the Churches of Christ, providing a faith-integrated education in a close-knit environment.

A significant turning point arrived for Crowley's Ridge College in the new millennium. After achieving formal accreditation from the Higher Learning Commission in 2000, the college embarked on an ambitious journey to expand its academic offerings. This culminated in 2007 with approval from the Arkansas Department of Higher Education to provide baccalaureate-level degrees, marking a pivotal transition from a two-year to a four-year institution.

By September 2008, this transformation was complete, with the Higher Learning Commission extending its accreditation to include new four-year programs. Today, Crowley's Ridge College proudly offers not only three associate degree programs but also a robust selection of eleven baccalaureate-level degrees, including a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies. This expansion reflects the college's commitment to providing a comprehensive and deeply rooted educational experience for its students, preparing them for both professional success and spiritual growth.
