Horizon University College (HUC) stands as a prominent private higher education institution in the United Arab Emirates, with a rich history dating back to its founding in 1990 by Mr. Kamal Puri. After decades of operation in Sharjah, the university embarked on an exciting new chapter in 2025, relocating to Ajman and embracing its new identity as Horizon University College.
