IBMC College

IBMC College, founded in Fort Collins, Colorado, in 1987 as the Medical Careers Training Center, has evolved into a private for-profit career college dedicated to equipping adult learners with practical skills for the modern workforce. Nationally accredited by the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges, IBMC stands out for its commitment to hands-on training and providing crucial job placement assistance to its graduates, helping them transition seamlessly into their chosen careers.

Initially established with a focus on medical careers, IBMC quickly recognized the broader needs of its student body. The college significantly expanded its program areas and physical footprint throughout Colorado and into Wyoming. Key moments include relocating its Fort Collins campus to a larger facility in 1995, and opening branch campuses in Cheyenne (2005), Greeley (2008), and Longmont (2010). Although some campuses, like Cheyenne and Colorado Springs (acquired as Intellitec Medical Institute in 2015), eventually closed, these expansions reflect IBMC's dynamic response to regional career training demands and its growth trajectory under various ownerships, most recently DVMD, LLC. in 2023.
