Interactive College of Technology (ICT) stands as a testament to enduring practical education, tracing its roots back to 1982 as Akers Computerized Learning Centers in Athens, Georgia. That same year, it became Interactive Learning Systems, with Elmer Smith taking the helm—a leadership position he has held continuously, providing unparalleled stability and vision. The 1990s saw further expansion into Kentucky and a pivotal renaming to Interactive College of Technology in 1996, coinciding with the relocation of its main campus to Chamblee, Georgia.
