Under early leaders like Lynda Katz, who became president in 1994, Landmark College embarked on significant campus renovations and academic expansions, opening vital facilities such as the Strauch Family Student Center and the Chris Family Click Center, which continue to enhance student life today. Its early impact was recognized nationally through Title III and Title VII grants, solidifying its role as an expert resource for learning disability and ADHD education across the country.

The academic landscape at Landmark College has continuously evolved, particularly with the introduction of its first bachelor's degree programs in 2012, including a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies and associate degrees in Computer Science and Life Science. A major commitment to STEM education was marked by the construction of the impressive $9.6 million MacFarlane Building in 2015, a dedicated science and technology center. Further bolstering its academic prowess, a significant $650,000 grant from the National Science Foundation in 2016 has empowered STEM scholars with crucial scholarships, mentorship, and internship opportunities, showcasing the college's dedication to cutting-edge education and career readiness.
