Molloy University, nestled on Long Island, has a rich history that began in 1955 as Molloy Catholic College for Women, founded by the Dominican Sisters of Amityville. Initially offering degrees in education and nursing, the institution has undergone a significant transformation, embracing coeducation fully by 1982 and officially becoming Molloy University in 2022.
