Northpoint Bible College

Northpoint Bible College stands as a respected private Bible college and seminary, dedicated to preparing men and women for a lifetime of ministry and service. The college boasts a rich and transformative history, originating in 1924 as The School of the Prophets, founded by the visionary Rev. Christine Gibson in East Providence, Rhode Island. Over the decades, the institution experienced significant growth and evolution, including name changes and crucial relocations. A notable milestone was its move to the former Bradford College campus in Haverhill, Massachusetts, in 2008—a generous gift facilitated by David Green, CEO of Hobby Lobby. This move dramatically increased its reach, doubling enrollment from 200 to 400 students.

Academically, Northpoint provides a comprehensive range of programs designed to meet diverse ministerial callings. The Massachusetts Board of Higher Education approved the addition of Associate of Arts and Master's Degrees in 2013, complementing its existing Bachelor's offerings. Further embracing accessibility, the college gained approval in 2017 to offer postsecondary distance education courses and programs online, extending its reach globally. This commitment to expansion and inclusion was further solidified in 2022 with the launch of Northpoint Universidad Bíblica y Seminario, a dedicated Hispanic Seminary.
