Omega Graduate School

Omega Graduate School stands as a distinctive institution, originally envisioned by the Oxford Task Force (1974–1981) to foster constructive social change through higher education. Chartered in 1981 under the leadership of Hollis L. Green, the school was designed specifically for mature adult learners, offering a unique educational model that deeply integrates faith and the social sciences. Situated in a serene, retreat-like setting in Crystal Springs, Tennessee, the campus provides an environment conducive to comprehensive academic, personal, and spiritual development.

Academically, Omega Graduate School is renowned for its interdisciplinary approach and commitment to pioneering research. It awards degrees such as the Master of Letters (MLitt) in Family Life Education and Organizational Leadership, and the Doctor of Philosophy (DPhil/PhD) in social research, with areas of study spanning social research, philosophy, leadership, and communications. The curriculum masterfully blends the rigorous European tutorial system with American graduate education models, ensuring a comprehensive and globally informed scholarly experience.
