Pacific Union College

Nestled in the picturesque Angwin, California, Pacific Union College (PUC) offers a unique blend of historical significance and a vibrant, faith-based liberal arts education. Established in 1882 as Healdsburg Academy, PUC stands as the twelfth oldest institution of higher education in California and holds the distinct honor of being the only four-year college in Napa County. Rooted in the Seventh-day Adventist tradition, the college was founded with a vision to accommodate the growing Adventist Church on the West Coast, emphasizing both traditional academics and practical life skills, a philosophy that continues to shape its holistic approach to learning.
