Initially operating in rented spaces, its post-World War II growth led to the offering of full associate degree programs by 1953. By 1967, to accommodate a burgeoning student body, the campus strategically relocated to a picturesque 39-acre site in Schuylkill Haven, laying the groundwork for further development and improved facilities.

The 1970s marked a period of robust academic expansion, notably with the introduction of an associate degree in Computer Science in 1970, demonstrating the campus's forward-thinking approach to emerging technologies. This dedication continued into the 1990s, culminating in the graduation of its first baccalaureate students and the grand opening of the expansive 22,600-square-foot Ciletti Memorial Library in 1994.
