Randall University

Randall University stands as a testament to perseverance and faith, a Free Will Baptist institution deeply rooted in Oklahoma's educational landscape. The university's origins trace back to early 20th-century aspirations for higher education among Free Will Baptists in Oklahoma, with records showing support as early as 1905. After facing significant setbacks, such as the fire that destroyed Tecumseh College in 1927, the community's determination ultimately led to the official opening of Oklahoma Bible College (OBC) in 1959. This early resilience paved the way for its eventual establishment on its current campus south of Oklahoma City in 1966, marking a significant milestone in its journey.

Over the years, the institution evolved, taking on the name Hillsdale Free Will Baptist College in 1971 to honor a historic Michigan institution. Its most recent transformation occurred in 2016 when it was proudly renamed Randall University, a tribute to Benjamin Randall, the visionary abolitionist preacher and founder of the Free Will Baptists in New England.
