Saint Paul College

Saint Paul College stands as a vibrant public community college, serving a diverse student body of 11,243. Established in 1910 as a boys' vocational high school, Saint Paul College has a storied past marked by adaptation and growth. It transitioned from its initial form, moving into its current facility in 1966 to become Saint Paul Technical Vocational Institute (TVI). A significant milestone occurred in 2002 when the college expanded its offerings to include liberal arts, rebranding itself as Saint Paul College – A Community & Technical College, reflecting its broadened educational scope and commitment to holistic student development.

Academically, the college is particularly renowned for its specialized programs. It proudly hosted the nation's oldest watchmaking and clockmaking programs, a testament to its dedication to preserving and advancing unique trades. This program gained further prestige through a grant from Rolex and the opportunity to offer the WOSTEP certificate, an internationally recognized standard of excellence in watchmaking. These specialized offerings, alongside a wide array of technical and liberal arts courses, underscore the college's focus on practical, career-oriented education.

Under the leadership of President Deidra Peaslee, the college's first female president appointed in 2021, Saint Paul College continues to foster an environment of growth and excellence.
