This expansion culminated in 1971, when the college advanced to offer comprehensive liberal arts programs, professional degrees, and in-depth biblical courses. A significant chapter opened in 1989 with its relocation to a new, purpose-built campus in Redding, California, setting the stage for its evolution into Simpson University in 2004.
