Thiel College

Thiel College, established in 1866 as Thiel Hall, boasts a rich history marked by educational innovation and esteemed recognition. The college quickly evolved, receiving its charter in 1870 and establishing its enduring presence in Greenville, Pennsylvania. The college proudly awarded an honorary Doctor of Science degree to the legendary aviator Amelia Earhart in 1932, a recognition she deeply valued.
