Western Iowa Tech Community College (WITCC) has been a cornerstone of accessible education in Western Iowa since its founding in 1966. While WITCC has faced challenges, such as the J-1 visa program lawsuit, the institution has demonstrated its commitment to student welfare by resolving these issues and discontinuing the program.
